    The following are commonly asked questions concerning the history behind Navy uniforms.

    POW / MIA Table


    The small table at the front of the mess has been placed thereto honor our POW/MIAs. The items on the table represent various aspects of the courageous men and women still missing. The table can be set for one or four – Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force -- with or without hats.

    During the course of this day you have been caused to humbly accept challenge and face adversity. This you have accomplished with rare good grace. Pointless as some of these challenges may have seemed, there were valid, time-honored reasons behind each pointed barb. It was necessary to meet these hurdles with blind faith in the fellowship of Chief Petty Officers.
